SECOND CALL FOR PAPERS
SPEECH AND LANGUAGE 2009, 3rd International
Conference on Fundamental and Applied Aspects on Speech
and Language, will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, November
13-14, 2009. The Conference will be organized by the
Institute of Experimental Phonetics and Speech Pathology
(IEPSP) and Life Activities Advancement Center,
Belgrade. The Conference includes invited lectures and
contributed papers devided into oral presentations and
posters/demonstration.
The aim of the Conference is to bring together
researchers from various fields of speech and language
to discuss the wide range of problems and technologies
ranging from fundamental to applied aspects. The main
topics of interest for submissions include but are not
limited to:
■ Linguistics, phonology and phonetics
■ Neurolinguistics
■ Psycholinguistics
■ Psychophysiology of speech and language
■ Prosody and speech perception
■ Speech pathology
■ Cognition and speech and language
■ Consciousness, cognition and psychosomatics
■ Nonlinguistic information and speech
■ Genetics and speech and language
■ Language philosophy
■ Speech technology
■ Human factors in speech and communication systems
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: Prospective authors are
invited to submit one-page abstract (up to 300 words) by
e-mail iefpg@iefpg.org.rs before September 30, 2009.
PAPER SUBMISSION: After acceptance, the
camera-ready full paper (up to 10 pages) will be
published in the Proceedings distributed at the
Conference. The papers must be sent to the Organizing
Committee by e-mail till October 31, 2009.
LANGUAGE: Two official languages of the
Conference are English and Serbian.
REGISTRATION FEE: 100 €
IMPORTANT for students REGISTRATION FEE: 50 €
Instruction for customer transfers in EUR
ACCOMODATION: The Conference Secretariat will
offer assistance to the participants in making hotel
reservations. Tentative hotel rates are between 40 € and
150 € for single rooms, and between 50 € and 200 € for
double rooms.
